Hi there! I'm Juliana, but I also go by Juju. Or really anything that start's with a J.  You could call me "Juice" and I'd probably respond.

Welcome to my blog! I'm just a twenty-something college student in rural Maryland, who has a secret dream of becoming a makeup artist and a fashion icon, but also really wants to be a psychologist. Makeup therapy, anyone?

As you peruse the blog, you'll notice that I mention my faith a lot. It's extremely hard for me to separate my love for Jesus and my love for fashion and makeup, because both of them are rooted in a deep desire for love and belonging. I've spent almost a year learning how to connect my two great loves and realizing my internal beauty deserves to be radiated on the exterior, because Jesus gave me both and I have to glorify that!

I've struggled with low self-confidence for many years so I'm happy to share all the beauty tips I've learned, as well as little reflections, to help you all on your journey to be beautiful inside and out! Remember: You have UNFADING Beauty.

Any intro wouldn't be complete without a mention of my other half/my best friend/my soul sister, Kay/K! She blogs over at Where You Go, I Will Go and has been my rock and support system for the past year of my life. Without her, I wouldn't be half the person I am today. She has pushed me in ways I could have never expected and has been the greatest source of strength in my low points (heck, she puts up with me when I throw temper tantrums on her floor.) I've been so blessed to have her on my journey towards unfading beauty; without her, I wouldn't even know my own worth. Thanks for being beautiful, Kay!

Other fun facts about me: I'm addicted to coffee. Even bad coffee is good coffee. I like blue butterflies and sunshine and my favorite colors are yellow and pink. I'm ambidextrous, I sing, I can't dance, and I'm an artist. Nothing makes me happier than snuggles and tea. I've been known to shed a few tears when people do nice things for me, like cut out the cream in the Oreos because I don't like the cookie. All in all, I'm just a girl who wishes she was a princess, trying to find good in the world.

Stay beautiful,
Juliana

20-something. Obsessed with makeup. Probably owns half of Sephora. Enjoys simple things like hugs and coffee in the mornings...and afternoons...and evenings. Amended: enjoys coffee all the time.
